Clinical engagement privacy statement
How PatientTwin Bio handles public clinical-engagement information and protects authorised patient and participant data.
Public clinical-engagement inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, PatientTwin Bio records the contact, organisation, engagement-interest, campaign-attribution and objective information you provide so Stratomission Research Laboratory can assess and respond to the request.
Do not submit patient names, medical-record numbers, identifiable case histories, genomic data, images, diagnoses or other sensitive health information through the public inquiry form.
Clinical and research data
Patient, participant and study information belongs in authorised, organisation-bound workspaces under the applicable consent, protocol, ethics, clinical, contractual and data-protection controls. Public website submission does not create a care relationship.
Use, access and retention
Inquiry information is used for clinical partnership assessment, communication, programme planning, due diligence, security review and related legal or contractual purposes. It is not sold.
Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers with a legitimate need. Retention is limited to legitimate clinical-research, commercial, legal, security and recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of public inquiry information, subject to legal, contractual, security and research-integrity requirements. Submit a new inquiry, select Clinical research partnership and identify the request as a privacy matter.
